*Cancellation:*
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For bulk orders (50KG+), order cannot be cancelled once loading is done.
*Return & Replacement:*
- If you receive a damaged, torn, or wrong product, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on +91 9622789298. We will replace it for free or give you a full refund.
- If you don't like the quality, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. Product must be 75% unused and in original packing. Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
- *Non-Returnable:* Bulk Lots (50KG+), Shilajit and Kehwa once seal is opened due to hygiene reasons, and products without an unboxing video for damage claims.
*Refund Process:*
Once your return is approved after quality check at our Budgam warehouse, refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. For COD orders, refund will be done via Bank Transfer / UPI.
